“Thank you for organizing that [Drug and Alcohol Awareness] event last night. I felt like I had to pick up my jaw off the floor most of the hour presentation. I felt sooo ignorant and clueless. Great program, fantastic presenter. Thanks for all you do for our kids. ”

“I attended the Drug and Alcohol Awareness presentation that the Bloomfield PTSA arranged. I have to say that I was sick to my stomach and overwhelmed by the information, but very happy I attended. Thank you Angel from Fairport High School for the great information and display. I wish more people had come. We as parents need to be aware of the household items that can be used to achieve a high, or rather POISON our children!!!
“I am joining PTSA for sure now!! This was a great opportunity for parents. I think it should be mandatory to attend this type of event!! Our children are held to a standard at school, sports and home and parents should be educated to keep the standard high for each of our children!! It is so sad to see how the times have changed and all the new drugs, poisons that our children can get access to right in our own households.”

“I want to thank the PTSA for a great dinner in honor of Board Appreciation Week. We all agreed, in open session, that Bloomfield is very lucky to have such an active and supportive PTSA. The BOE and the Leadership Team appreciates everything the PTSA does to support the students, families, and staff of Bloomfield.
PTSA Rocks!”
